MrBeast Acquires Vouch, the “LinkedIn” Hiring Platform for Creators, as Influencers Scale Their Teams

Vouch, the pioneering hiring platform tailored for the creator economy, announced its acquisition by MrBeast, one of the world’s most influential content creators. Founded by Marty Pesis, a four-time creator economy entrepreneur, Vouch has built an impressive network, connecting over 35,000 candidates with top creators, including Yes Theory, Jesser, the Stokes Twins, Safiya Nygaard, Danny Duncan, AMP, and more. MrBeast aims to leverage Vouch to enhance his internal hiring processes and eventually expand the platform’s reach.

“Hiring in the creator economy presents distinct challenges,” explained Marty Pesis, founder and CEO of Vouch. “Specialized roles like thumbnail designers, retention editors, and content strategists require a unique approach to attract and secure top talent. Our platform simplifies this, allowing creators to efficiently sift through a large pool of candidates to find the perfect fit.”

Pesis, who was previously the fifth employee at Cameo, spent years scaling their marketing and B2B operations before realizing how difficult it was for creators to find skilled professionals. This led him to create Vouch, an all-in-one hiring platform designed to address the specific needs of creators when assembling their teams. He later teamed up with Patrick Dudek, a fellow former Cameo employee and content creator, to help scale Vouch’s talent community and platform.

While the financial details of the acquisition remain undisclosed, this move marks a significant step in the growing professionalization of the creator economy, as influencers like MrBeast continue to scale their teams and operations to meet rising demand.
